KPI
KPI was established to run businesses related to asset leasing and power support services, which include operations and maintenance. KPI is currently constructing a power plant in the National Strategic Project (“PSN”) industrial area of PT Kalimantan Industrial Park Indonesia (“KIPI”), located in Mangkupadi Village, Tanjung Palas Timur District, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan Province, to support the aluminum smelter project developed by PT Kalimantan Aluminium Industry (“KAI”).

Throughout 2023, KPI carried out several activities, including pre-construction stage activities (including land preparation, appointment of contractors for the power plant construction phase) and construction activities (including piling, foundation, and fabrication work). In 2024, KPI focused on continuing the completion of the power plant project construction.
AMT
AMT is engaged in consulting, developing, and implementing digital transformation and commenced commercial operations at the end of 2023. AMT functions as a holding company by investing in PT Adaro Jasabara Indonesia (AJI) through a 99.22% share ownership.
AMT's business activities include programming, computer consulting, data processing, data hosting, and related activities such as web portal management and management consulting.
AJI
AJI is a multi-disciplinary services company in the fields of mining services and construction consulting that offers consulting, peer review, and development services in Geology, Mine Strategic Planning, and Engineering & Construction. AJI plays a vital role in supporting the management of companies within the Group by providing high-quality services as well as strategic inputs/recommendations to maximize the utilization of coal resources and reserves, optimize the development and construction of supporting facilities, support operational and production improvements, and advance the Group's long-term development. AJI also holds a strategic role in providing information, advice, inputs, and solutions within its areas of expertise to the Company's Board of Directors.
In addition to reviewing and supporting the formulation of long-term mine plans for companies within the Group, in 2024, AJI also executed various projects by providing technical services ranging from the study and technical engineering phase to the implementation stage of various mining infrastructures, such as the rehabilitation of the Kelanis port and continuous improvement projects at PT Adaro Indonesia. Furthermore, AJI supported production enhancement efforts and strategic development at PT Mustika Indah Permai, PT Semesta Centramas, PT Laskar Semesta Alam, and PT Paramitha Cipta Sarana, which among others consisted of resource and reserve estimations, road quality improvements, port expansions, fuel storage and explosives storage warehouses, as well as other technical engineering support.
